Pastel is the ideal medium to portray the texture and softness of animal fur, and all you need do is provide a photograph for me to work from.

The photograph will be returned with the commission on completion.

Thanks to those who have visited my first solo exhibition at the Angles Theatre 4-30 October 2009. It was nice to meet so many of you at the open night on 11th October. Paintings are on display in VetSavers, Old Market, Wisbech. My work has been in the Fenland Citizen, and the Angles, Wisbech exhibitions, and also at the Natural World Art Group exhibitions at Banham Zoo.

Gift vouchers are available for the recipient to spend as they wish (an e-mailed printable voucher is also a good idea if you have left it too late for a painting to be completed).

Paintings are completed using quality materials, but pastel is fragile and needs framing under glass with a mount placed between the painting and the glass. As with any paintings they are best hung away from bright sunshine to avoid unnecessary fading, but should last for many years if looked after properly.
