Pastel is the ideal medium to portray the texture and softness of animal fur, and all you need do is provide a photograph for me to work from.

The photograph will be returned with the commission on completion.

A pet portrait is an ideal gift for a friend/loved one, or you could have your own pet’s portrait commissioned. Or maybe you would like to bring your wildlife holiday photos to life? Glance through my gallery of animal art and see how your favourite animals could be immortalised in pastel.

It was nice to meet so many of you at Long Sutton Horse, Pony & Dog Show on 22nd June 2008, Wisbech Rose Fair (in Museum Square) Saturday 5th July 2008, and at the WNAA exhibition at St Nicholas' Chapel, King's Lynn.

I have work included in the NWAG exhibition at Banham Zoo until 7th September.

Gift vouchers are available for the recipient to spend as they wish (an e-mailed printable voucher is also a good idea if you have left it too late for a painting to be completed).

Paintings are completed using quality materials, but pastel is fragile and needs framing under glass with a mount placed between the painting and the glass. As with any paintings they are best hung away from bright sunshine to avoid unnecessary fading, but should last for many years if looked after properly.
